CHANGE IN DIRECTIONAL SIGNS
Please remember to take note of the directional sign changes made to both the South parking lot ramp leading to the North lot and the new pattern at our main entrance for drop-offs and pick-ups.
A sincere appreciation of "thanks" is given to any member that helped with both the spring and fall clean-up days. There are a lot of grounds to cover and our committee is most grateful for your time and willingness to lend a helping hand .
WE NEED YOUR HELP
If you are considering donating an item to the church we are asking that you allow several weeks for a response. The Trustees team meets every second Monday of the month and we will review requests submitted each month at our next scheduled meeting. If you could place a note in the Trustees' box located in the office including your name, and the item you would like to donate, we would appreciate it. This will help us decide where the best location would be for your item to be placed of if we can replace an existing item with your donation.
DO YOU HAVE AN ITEM ON LOAN AT THE CHURCH?
If you currently have a personal item on loan or being stored at the church such as furniture, yard, maintenance, musical equipment, etc., could you please let us know? In order to protect both the item on loan and the church it needs to be documented for our insurance policy in the event of water, theft or fire damage. Please place a note in the Trustees' box located in the office including your name, item and where it is located. Your help is appreciated.
